These terms cover the Cubrix website, operated by STORMBOLT Ltd. Game purchases, downloads and play will have separate storefront and game terms.

Using the site and its content

• Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt it or abuse the forms.
• Site materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Ask before reusing them unless permission or the law allows it.

In development

Cubrix is not publicly released. Features, artwork, platform plans and timing may change. Website information is not a guarantee of final game content.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as available and access may be interrupted or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, STORMBOLT Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from its use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. External services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Privacy and children

Personal data is covered by the Privacy notice. The site is not directed at children who require parental consent to submit data. Contact us if a child has submitted data without required consent.
